The Now-Award-Winning Fixing American Healthcare

March 19th, 2008 by DrRich

DrRich is delighted to announce that his new book, Fixing American Healthcare, has won two awards in the Reader Views Annual Literary Awards competition.

Fixing American Healthcare was awarded best book of 2007 in the category of Current Events - Politics and Society. The book was also named as second place book of the year in the Mid-Atlantic regional competition. Both of these awards were based on the judgment of book reviewers, rather than on sales or other some other measure of general popularity (elsewise DrRich most certainly would have missed the cut). The official review from Reader Reviews is here. You can read some of the other reviews and testimonials the book has received here.

DrRich wishes to thank Reader Views for making these awards (which are cherished among small publishers) possible, and to thank his family and friends, and both of his fans, for their loyal and much-appreciated encouragement and support.

Despite this marvelous success, DrRich is sad to note that the healthcare system is still very screwed up. For this reason he plans to persist with his website and this blog.
